Malaspina Water Taxi offers boat tours, kayak rental, SCUBA charters and a full service water taxi, providing people and cargo transport within the Malaspina Strait and surrounding area. We are conveniently located in the centre of the Sunshine Coast in Pender Harbour, British Columbia.
Our most popular tour is our four hour exploration of Jedediah Island Marine Park, where you will gather fresh oysters and pick fruit from the wild orchards of apple, pear and cherry trees.
Jedediah Is. offers the opportunity to see seals, eagles, dolphins and herds of wild sheep and goats while experiencing the tranquility that only this island can provide. This is a four hour trip, which will last a lifetime.
Other tours that we offer are; Princess Louisa, Roberts Beach, Native Pictograph and Pender Harbour tour, either by boat or kayak.
Our rental fleet of canoes and kayaks include two canoes, six single and two double kayaks. We can transport our boats or yours to any location to begin your paddling adventure. Please see our self guided paddling tours page. When using water taxi transportation we offer a 30% discount on kayak rentals. Please call ahead to reserve.
We operate two boats a 27 foot 12 passenger boat and a 24 foot 8 passenger boat. Both our boats were proudly built and maintained by local boat yards in Pender Harbour.
